Keitha Turner, Director of Recreational Services, has presented at the prestigious Gartner BPM Summit 2012 in Sydney.
Recreational Services was invited by Gartner to present its business improvement strategy and transformation as a featured case study. The project was supported by their XMPro implementation with Professional Advantage. Keitha is confident in the benefits the project has given the business: "The risk was that we would have been going backwards if we hadn't done what we've done in the last two years. It's kept us relevant and kept us ahead of the game. The benefits were immediate, both in time and cost."
Professional Advantage are thrilled that Recreational Services have been recognised by Gartner to demonstrate excellence in business process management.
Recreational Services won the 2011 Business Improvement Award from Professional Advantage for the XMPro project. You can read the full case study here.
