Can I use my own scenarios for the apps in Power Platform Kickstart?

Yes, you may. Depending on the estimated effort, it can be included in the 5-day engagement or you can simply purchase additional man-days to accommodate the specific scenarios you want our team to build for you. 

I have a different app in mind for development. Does Professional Advantage also custom develop apps?

Yes, we do. If you can’t find what you are looking for in the solution accelerators available in our offerings under Ignite, we can completely customise one for you using our Analyse & Design engagement. You can check out some of the apps we customised for our clients using Power Apps and Power Automate with Diabetes Victoria, ATSICHS Brisbane, and EWON. All of these have been delivered in a short period using the Power Platform’s no-code to low-code approach to application development.

What data sources can the apps in Power Platform Kickstart connect to?

Ignite leverages on the capabilities of Power Platform, which in general can connect to hundreds of possible data sources. SharePoint lists, SQL Server database, Azure, Common Data Services, ERP, CRM, or HR systems are just some of the possible data sources for your apps.

Can I use my existing Power Apps or Power Automate subscriptions in Microsoft 365 for Power Platform Kickstart?

Yes, you may use your existing subscription if you are using Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Enterprise E3 or E5. 

Will Professional Advantage train my users on how to use the app?

Yes, we will. A portion of the 5-day engagement is allocated for training your end-users on how to download, navigate, and use the app.  

Is support included in Power Platform Kickstart?

The documentation that will go with the 5-day engagement already includes the solution design and architecture for future troubleshooting needs. However, if you need more in-depth technical guidance or support, then optional, non-scheduled consulting hours with Professional Advantage can be arranged.
