All four modules of Microsoft Viva—Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Topics, and Viva Learning—are now generally available! 

WHAT'S NEW WITH MICROSOFT VIVA? 

Here's a quick summary from Microsoft's announcement: 

1. Viva Connections for culture and communications.
   Integrates to industry-leading apps such as ServiceNow, Workday, Qualtrics, and more. You can now also add Approvals, Shifts, and Tasks cards from Teams into your Viva Connections dashboard. The new Feed Feature that personalises your view of aggregated news and discussions across Microsoft 365 services is also now available in SharePoint. 
   
   
2. Viva Topics for knowledge and expertise. 
   Integration to Outlook, Yammer, Bing, and people profile cards; automatic grouping of related topics into segments, usage analytics; and crawl knowledge written in French, German, and Spanish are rolling out by end of the year. 
   
   
3. Viva Insights for productivity and well-being.
   Team leaders can get a better handle of managing their team members by providing insights on outstanding tasks, fostering new team norms, exploring personal habits that impact team culture, providing personalised suggestions to improve meeting habits and more.
   
   
4. Viva Learning for skilling and growth. 
   See learning assignments from integrated LMS; search across all learning sources connected to Viva Learning; make learning recommendations to colleagues; and add your curated learning sources as a tab in your Teams channels. 
   
   
5. Industry-leading apps.
   Microsoft Viva now supports industry-leading apps for learning such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Coursera; for communications such as ServiceNow, Pluralsight, and Adobe Sign; and for insights such as Qualtrics, Glint, and Headspace. Read the full list here. 
   
   
6. Microsoft Viva Suite.
   Access to all modules that integrate knowledge, learning, and insights is now more convenient with the new Microsoft Viva Suite priced at A$16.50/user/month.
