Birch & Waite is an Australian food manufacturer. The family owned organisation's product line includes fresh mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, and desserts, for customers including KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Lite n Easy, and Woolworths.
The organisation, who has been working with Professional Advantage since 2012, is celebrating the opening of their new factory in Western Sydney. What began almost 40 years ago in 1980 with three staff has grown to 123 employees, with the new Revesby site employing 20 workers, and the expectation is that that number will grow to 45.
Representatives from Professional Advantage were privileged enough to be invited to the grand opening on 28th August where company directors and founders Peter Flick and Will Schultheiss, along with their respective wives Robyn and Eveline, cut the ribbon to officially open the building.
