Plan B Wealth Management Ltd has engaged Professional Advantage to implement a budgeting & forecasting project, using Infor Performance Management 10. This extends their use of Infor FMS SunSystems since they became a client of Professional Advantage in November 2009.

 

Their aim is to make this a part of the strategic plan to improve financial planning and budgeting, eventually eliminating the annual budget process and replacing with a rolling forecast. The scope covers P&L budgeting with models for revenue (funds under management), advisor commissions, assets and payroll.
