With over 20 years of leadership experience in NFP, university, and commercial organisations, Ann holds a Bachelor of Commerce, HR, and Administration Management. While Ann has worked at the association for over a decade, she became CEO in April, at the height of the first wave of COVID-19.

Chris Harrington is the CEO of the Australian Cemeteries and Crematoria Association (ACCA). Having worked in the funeral, cemetery, and crematoria sector for 20 years, Chris spent eight years as a supplier, travelling around Australia. He then spent four years as the Victorian Divisional Director of the Australian Funeral Directors Association. For the last eight years as CEO of ACCA, Chris has been responsible for guiding the association and its members to gain information around industry best practice, education, and innovation.
