The facility to pay creditors electronically.

BankPro uses the same technique as building a cheque batch in Dynamics GP. It then produces an EFT payment file that can be imported in to your banking software. Your bank can then deposit funds directly in to the creditors bank account.

The automatic deposit of cash receipts batches for reconciliation.

Users can create one deposit per receipt or one deposit from multiple receipts using the deposit batch. Batch posting of receipts will automatically create entries in Bank Reconciliation.

Bank statement import and auto-reconcile functions.

BankPro quickly imports bank statements in to Dynamics GP and automatically reconciles un-presented cheques and deposits with the electronic bank statement. It will also create adjustment entries for bank charges and interest. Reconciliations will be quicker and more accurate, with less time being wasted entering month end transactions.
