BankPro

BankPro is designed for electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments and reconciliations within Microsoft Dynamics GP. It enables users to generate a direct debit from a debtors outstanding transactions; track and audit changes in customer bank details; and offers the ability to process BPAY transactions. It allows organisations to dramatically reduce the time spent paying creditors, and eliminates the worry around keeping the bank balance up to date or the security of the payment process.

Multi-Company

Multi-Company alleviates the need for Microsoft Dynamics GP databases to be set up to support multiple companies within an organisation using Dynamics GP. It allows multiple companies to reside in one database, whilst still providing inter-company type controls to ensure only valid cross-company entries are posted, and to automatically add the balancing entries via company from/to control accounts.

“It’s a strong product, especially with regards to what Dynamics GP can do. It allows for intercompany transactions within the one database, and intercompany purchasing transactions which Dynamics GP can’t do. It’s all within the one database, as opposed to Dynamics GP intercompany. It’s just a nifty tool.”

Company Data Archive

Company Data Archive (CDA) provides an easy way to move historical information from a ‘live’ company to an ‘archive’ company within Microsoft Dynamics GP. It enables users to reduce the size of their live company by archiving data, importing system performance while posting, running reports, performing file maintenance, and generally using Dynamics GP day-to-day. It allows for a cut-off date to be entered for historical data, with all fully applied transactions that meet the date criteria moved to an archive company. Archived transactions are still available to inquire and report on by logging in to the archive company in the normal way, and users can take advantage of powerful cross company inquiries to view transactions from live and historical companies at the same time.

You will be accumulating data in a database which is what CDA is designed for, and using this add-on will speed everything up in your live database and greatly enhance your system performance. Clients often don’t realise that their system is slow—they are used to turning the system on or setting a process going and leaving it alone to load—but when they implement CDA, they are astounded that they ever managed to work without it.

It really does help with everything, even lookups, enquiries, reporting is quicker…the list goes on.

It’s more important in the later versions as well when using Document Attach: documents are now in the database increasing the size. With CDA, you can highlight where the size has come from and utilise the solution to manage the performance of that.”

Collections Management

Collections Management centralises contact and collection information and automates the collections process within Microsoft Dynamics GP.
