Solver Suite License
Each subscription includes a Solver Suite licence by default.
The Solver Suite provides access to the Solver platform and includes 30GB of cloud storage.
Additional user licenses (Standard, Contributor, or Viewer) are added to the Solver Suite as needed.
Additional cloud storage can be purchased if required.
Standard User License
The Standard User license provides full access to all Solver features and modules.
This license is best for users who need to design and run reports, create budget templates, input data, and manage budget workflows. The Standard User license is a full-access license that includes all Solver modules: Reporting, Planning, Consolidation, Dashboards, and Data Warehouse.
Although the Standard User License grants full access, individual user access can still be managed through user permissions and security settings.
Contributor User License
The Contributor license is ideal for Finance professionals and departmental managers who participate in planning and budgeting processes. With a Contributor license, a user can enter data, such as contributing to budgets and forecasts, submit department budgets, and participate in planning cycles.
The Contributor license also allows users to access reports and ad hoc reports and view dashboards based on their user permissions.
Contributor users cannot design new reports, modify existing reports or budget input templates. They also cannot manage security and Solver configuration.
Viewer User License
The Viewer license allows users to view published and archived reports. These are reports executed and shared by another user. A Viewer license also allows the user access to ad hoc reports, subject to their permissions.
In summary, the Viewer license is designed for users who primarily consume reports and dashboards without the need to create or modify them.
