Interactive Support Service Our Helpdesk now has the ability to directly view what you're seeing and/or doing by logging into your system using a standard internet browser. Webex Interactive Services works with existing firewall technology, password protection and encryption to protect sensitive data. Click here for more information.


Induction Course A 1/2 day induction course is now available monthly for all new users to Infor SunSystems. This course is FREE of charge. Click here for Course Dates.


Service Postcards Every week, an email is automatically generated and sent to you detailing the status of current issues logged with the Helpdesk.


24 Hour Service If you have an urgent problem after normal business hours, you may dial the support hotline number and you will be given options to divert your call to an on-call Support Consultant.
