In early August 2018, Professional Advantage was very pleased to welcome Tammy Bower of PaperSave to our offices as host of Paperless Dynamics GP with PaperSave - Launch Event. 

Three events were held for clients in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and all were a resounding success. Tammy spent her time giving those present an introduction to PaperSave, highlights of the system, and demonstrations of what it could do. The event was fully interactive with many clients asking questions throughout, as well as large numbers staying behind to hear more about this new offering from Professional Advantage.

PaperSave is a complete document management, electronic workflow, and transaction automation solution. 

Many highlights of the system were focused upon within the Launch Event,with an example of those popular with attendees being:

PaperSave has a native OCR tool meaning you never have to leave a PaperSave window to perform OCR, to correct exemptions within OCR, or to learn additional data from OCR. 

PaperSave is the name of the software, and it is developed, sold, and, in the United States, implemented and support by WhiteOwl. WhiteOwl is a value-added reseller of Microsoft Dynamics products, similar to Professional Advantage.

The beginnings of PaperSave came about when, in the late 1990s, a Dynamics GP client of WhiteOwl approached them to create an electronic filing cabinet or suppository. Following its development for this client, it was marketed to further WhiteOwl clients, and by the early 2000s the company began to make it available to non-WhiteOwl Dynamics GP clients. 
Today PaperSave is far more than just a repository; it now covers document management, workflow, and transactional automation. And Professional Advantage are pleased to include it within our add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics GP, becoming part of our fully implemented and supported solutions for our Dynamics GP clients. 

What happened next with Professional Advantage and PaperSave?

Following the success of the Launch Event, Professional Advantage held a Paperless Dynamics GP with PaperSave - Webinar on Wednesday 5th September, 2018. This provided both information on the system to those Dynamics GP users who were unable to attend the seminar, and give a recap of what was covered for those that were present. 

Similar to the event, Tammy from PaperSave presented material and highlighted PaperSave's key features.
