



The technical support helpdesk is available 24x7.
After hours the support line diverts to the engineer on duty. Please note
that after hours support attracts a premium on the standard rate. The engineer
will inform you of charges at the time of the call.
During busy periods you may have to wait for a helpdesk operator. If you select
the option to leave a voicemail we will return your call within one working
hour. If you are a customer of the technology services team and we do not
return your call within one hour we will credit your account to the value
of $1.00 per minute that we are overdue up to the value of $100.00
