We use a standard chart of accounts within a single Sun database. We identify hotels by way of T3 code so it is quite simple when a new hotel comes on board.
Accounting entries are posted with the appropriate T code's allowing us to produce Management and Profitability Reports by Hotel. In a corporate sense our structure is quite complex and the use of additional T Codes allows us to cater for this by corporate entity.
Our experience is that Infor SunSystems is an excellent package for us as it provides the flexibility we require."
