PROFESSIONAL ADVANTAGE SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL SOFTWARE COMPANY INFOR

Sydney, 28 April 2008 - Professional Advantage has signed a global reseller agreement with international enterprise software company Infor for Infor FMS SunSystems extension products. Under the terms of the deal, Infor will continue to be the exclusive global distributor of the Professional Advantage module known as Infor SunSystems Collect, for debtor management. In addition, Infor has expanded its distribution role for a range of SunSystems enhancement modules from Professional Advantage including iPOS Enterprise for procurement, Cash Desk for bank and cash management, and Advanced Inquiry for ad hoc data analysis.

Over the past decade Professional Advantage has built a well respected distribution channel for its SunSystems enhancement products in a number of territories. This agreement extends the distribution of these products globally by leveraging the existing Infor business infrastructure and sales channel.
