Agreement to rules
By becoming an entrant in the Professional Advantage ‘Business Improvement Awards' entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules. Compliance to the rules is the sole responsibility of the entrant.
Eligibility to enter
Participation is open to all clients who are in the process of, or who will be implementing Microsoft-based solutions in partnership with Professional Advantage. The projects are to be finished no later than November 2008.
Category of entries
Projects can be entered in multiple categories if this is appropriate, however only one award per project may be granted. The judges reserve the right to move entries into a category other than that entered should this be deemed more appropriate. The judging panel may decide not to present an award in a particular category should entries be deemed insufficient.
Judging
The projects will be assessed by a panel of three judges, comprising two external and one Professional Advantage employee. Judges will assess the entries based on the submitted material. In order to ensure a high standard of entrants we recommend you speak to your account managers about the implementation of your project. You are welcome to append up to five pages of supporting documentation with this entry.
Dates & Timing
In order that the awards salute projects that are current, entries will be accepted for implementations completed by 1st November 2008.
Questionnaires detailing the projects are to be submitted by 15th November 2008.
Winners will be announced at Professional Advantage's Christmas InTouch party.
Promotion of winner
The winners must agree to give Professional Advantage rights to use basic details of the winning entry for publicity, marketing and promotional purposes.
