The Project Status window summarises cost, billing and revenue at a project level. You can drill down to job-level detail, cost codes and transaction-level detail. You can also view current contract amount, contract-to-date and expected contract data, as well as billed position, contract earned and cash position at a project level.
Designed for organisations with multiple divisions working on a single contract, Microsoft Dynamics & WennSoft solutions enable you to bill multiple jobs from a single invoice. Project-level invoices can be created with or without bill codes and retainers. This creates a single accounts receivables transaction and distributes the revenue to multiple jobs, divisions or general ledger accounts.
Powerful Billing Options
Designed to control and manage unbilled receivables and create invoices, Microsoft Dynamics & WennSoft solutions support multiple billing types, including time and material, schedule of values(AIA), cost plus, cost plus NTE, fixed price, percentage complete and scheduled billings.
As a project progresses, charges flow into the billing system from various sources such as the accounts payable, purchase order processing, inventory and payroll modules.
Jobs can be billed in summary or detail by simply changing the invoice type and reprinting the invoice. Scheduled or milestone billings can be adjusted by percentage or dollar amount with the remaining amounts automatically calculated and retainer adjusted. This increased efficiency allows your staff to do more in less time.

Project Management Portal allows you to manage projects from one central location. Custom work flows keep project managers updated on project status, tasks they need to complete and dates missed by others, allowing you to identify an issue before it becomes a problem. This data is available for use by Service Management, Microsoft Dynamics GP or a third-party payroll solution, such as ADP.
