have heard that the new online Customer Portal
has just been opened.
The Customer Portal is our new online service that allows us
to extend customer service and support to you via the web. It
provides you with a more efficient support as well as a higher level
of self sufficiency.
The portal offers you a number of benefits. You will be able to
create new service cases, view and update existing cases, add
attachments, re-open resolved cases and much more.
