Microsoft CRM Release Date
Australian release is due in December

We are pleased to confirm the much anticipated international release date of 1st December 2003Microsoft CRM. Whilst Microsoft has not confirmed the release date for the international version of the Microsoft CRM integration to Great Plains, they had previously suggested that it should be released 90 days after the international release.

We would like to thank those of you who completed express survey at our last user group; your answers have contributed to the findings below:

  • You rated our team performance as follows (On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest): Sales: 3.88 Account Management: 3.89 Training: 3.96 Consulting: 4 Support: 3.89 Development: 3.76
  • One third of users read this newsletter regularly and 46% - sometimes
  • Majority (47.5%) prefer newsletter in html format, closely followed by PDF as an attachment (40%)
  • 48% of users visit our website for information and events, while 33% of customers never visit our website,
  • 43% are finding our online training or demo sessions extremely useful and further 43% think it is reasonably helpful
  • as many as 21% of respondents say they use only 40% of their system's potential

We will also take into account your feedback about our group meetings when organising our next event.
