Lighting

ABOUT BEACON LIGHTING
An Australian owned and operated
company, with 70 stores (containing a mix of company owned and
franchise operations), across regional and metropolitan areas. The
company has aggressive growth targets and plans to open six new
stores on an annual basis.
CHALLENGE & SOLUTION With
over 6000 inventory items that made merchandise planning &
replenishment challenging and intranet infrastructure that did
not provide the level of control required, Beacon Lighting looked at
updating their systems to move forward. Professional Advantage
responded with a recommendation to adopt Microsoft Dynamics GP and
build a data warehouse for Beacon Lighting to provide the
foundation for a customized retail planning and merchandising
solution. This was subsequently followed by a SharePoint intranet
portal project to improve distribution of information at the
company.
BENEFITS After completing the
implementation of Dynamics GP, Beacon Lighting noted the project
delivered the following benefits:

CRM
Workshops
Don’t take our word

The recent
workshops held in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane were very
successful. Following positive feedback, we will be running CRM
Workshops on a regular basis,
so if you missed out this time
there will be more opportunities to test- drive Microsoft
Dynamics CRM software Version 4.
Evaluating new
software can be daunting for you and your team but if given
the opportunity to try it 'hands on', you'll build the
necessary skills and confidence to use it
