XMPro Overview

 

XMPro is a Business Process Management Suite that enables organisations to:

  • Digitise

  • Optimise

 

strategic, tactical and operational processes in a single process management environment.

 

It is sometimes referred to as a Human-centric Workflow application but is more accurately described as a Human Interaction Management tool. It ensures that the right person does the right task at the right point in time with the right information to:

  • Ensure control, consistency and transparency (governance)

The XMWeb user interface gives users access to the system from anywhere (intranet or Internet) to processes in the organisation. It has the same process functionality as XMPoint and XMOutlook.
